Claudia Cassan

Talent Solutions Director

Claudia Cassan is an MBA post-graduate, with a degree with honors. She started his career in 1998 in the banking sector. After her degree, she joined ManpowerGroup where she became in a few years Product Manager of Permanent Business and then Area Manager.

In 2013, when the Group chose to invest in a dedicated national structure, Claudia soon became Recruitment Operations Director, reporting to the Country Manager.

In 2015 she was selected by Cohort 1 of the ELE, Manpower’s worldwide Emerging Leader Experience.

As from 2017, her career moved to Manpower’s diversified businesses and today she is Talent Solutions Director.

Claudia is engaged in different Women’s Leadership Initiatives. In May 2019 she was selected for a prestigious Italian award because of her impressive professional track record.
